In facing the new normal phase, TransNusa has released policies regarding refund, reroute, rebook, and reschedule that should be effective from Monday, 3 August 2020 (based on date of flown) which is regulated as follows:

Refund Terms and Conditions*:
  1. Refund submissions above 72 hours before departure are subject to a 25% discount.
  2. Refund submissions between 72-48 hours before departure are subject to a 50% discount.
  3. Refund submissions between 48-24 hours before departure are subject to a 60% discount.
  4. Refund submissions between 24-12 hours before departure are subject to a 70% discount.
  5. Refund submissions between 12-4 hours before departure are subject to a 80% discount.
  6. Refund submissions less than 4 hours before departure are subject to a 90% discount.
  7. Submission of refunds due to flight cancellation and cancellation by passengers processed at the TransNusa office will be paid by transfer no later than 14 (fourteen) up to 30 (thirty) working days from the date of filing (non-cash).
  8. Refunds submitted beyond the validity of the ticket cannot be processed.
Reroute, Reschedule, Rebooking Terms and Conditions*:
  1. Refund submissions above 72 hours before departure are subject to a 15% discount.
  2. Refund submissions between 72-48 hours before departure are subject to a 40% discount.
  3. Refund submissions between 48-24 hours before departure are subject to a 50% discount.
  4. Refund submissions between 24-12 hours before departure are subject to a 60% discount.
  5. Refund submissions between 12-4 hours before departure are subject to a 70% discount.
  6. Refund submissions less than 4 hours before departure are subject to a 80% discount.
*Discounts are charged from the basic ticket price (excluded from tax)

For all customers who wish to apply for a refund, reschedule, reroute, and rebooking with TransNusa can directly visit the TransNusa representative offices, contact the call center service at 0380-822-555, or send an email at cs@transnusa.co.id. Moreover, for all customers who wish to apply for a refund, reschedule, reroute, and rebooking with the trusted travel agent please follow the procedures imposed by the travel agent.
