Seat Selection Terms & Conditions

Domestic flights:

  1. Detail price of seat selection is as follows

  2. Purchase of this product can be done in all TransNusa channels: website, call center, ticketing office, check-in counter, and travel agent.

  3. Procedures for claiming additional services Seat selection:

    Show us the following boarding passes with tickets listed on the Seat selection payments to our cabin crew, for passengers who purchase this product on websites, mobile apps, ticketing offices, and call centers.
    Show the following boarding pass with proof of payment from our cashier or officer to cabin crew, for passengers who buy at check-in counter.
  4. Particularly for seats on rows 11 & 12:

    1. Rows 11 & 12 are emergency seats, and are only for passengers who meet the criteria. Please read terms and conditions of emergency seats for more information.
    2. Passengers are required to complete an approval certificate form to occupy the available emergency seats at check-in counters.
    3. If the seats on the 11 & 12 rows are not yet filled, the cabin crew will direct passengers to fill the seats free of charge, but passengers do not get a compliment.
  5. For passengers who do not purchase this product but require special treatment (elderly, pregnant women, parents with young children, and persons with disabilities), cabin crew are authorized to move the passenger seat. No complimentary benefits apply.
  6. Passengers shall not be permitted to transfer seats during flight.
  7. This product is valid only on the first flight and not for connecting flights. Seat options depend on availability on the next flight.
  8. Terms of refund:
    1. Refunds are not allowed.
    2. If a passenger has made a purchase transaction but has not received benefit from the seat selection, please email to [email protected] or through the Website of TransNusa www.transnusa.co.id on the live chat menu located at the bottom right.
    3. Passenger can be moved by ground handling staff or flight attendant for safety reasons.
  9. TransNusa is not responsible for service if passengers cannot show boarding pass along with proof of payment or e-ticket showing Seat selection transaction.
  10. TransNusa will not charge passengers if passengers do not choose seats (automatic seat assignment).
  11. TransNusa reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
