Dear Passengers,

Due to the extension of the effective period of temporary measures to prevent importation of COVID-19 by Department of Civil Aviation, MAI will realign its network until 30 Nov 2020, 2359 hours.

Guangzhou (CAN) and Seoul (ICN) will be operated as special relief flights, when permitted, meanwhile Bangkok (BKK), Singapore (SIN) and Kolkata (CCU) will be suspended till the mentioned date above.

Our Simplified Travel Policy will be extended to all affected passengers - with free of charge date change, rebooking and refund request option till 31 Jan 2021. Travel vouchers will be provided for non-refundable tickets & refund T&Cs applied for normal tickets. Travel voucher is non-transferable and validity is until 31 Mar 2021.
